Competition Terms
This competition is open to all Mainland UK residents aged 18 years and above.
Employees or contractors of Clip Retail Ltd, those connected with the competition, and their direct family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements:
- To enter, participants must make a purchase at www.clip.shop between 10th October 2023 and 18th December 2023.
- Returns, (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items received), will invalidate the qualifying entry.
- Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries by the same person or entries made in bulk by third parties are not allowed.
- The competition begins on 10th October 2023 and ends on 18th December 2023. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
Participant Agreement:
- By participating, entrants agree to:
- Adhere to these terms and conditions.
- Allow the release of their surname and county of residence if they win.
- Grant Clip Retail Ltd permission to use their name and image for promotional purposes if they win.
Winner Selection & Notification:
- Winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries after the closing date.
- The decision regarding winners is final, and no discussions will be entertained.
- Winners will be informed via email within 14 days after the competition ends. If a winner doesn't respond within the next 14 days, Clip Retail Ltd may choose another winner.
Prize Details:
- Before releasing the prize, the winner must be contactable and provide proof of ID and address within 14 days of being notified of their win.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be accepted as awarded.
- If the winner cannot claim the prize for any reason, Clip Retail Ltd may offer it to another participant or use it in a future promotion.
Additional Terms:
- Clip Retail Ltd is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or fraudulent.
- Clip Retail Ltd may change these terms or modify or cancel the competition if necessary, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The company holds no liability for any harm, loss, or damage that may arise from participating in the competition or from accepting a prize.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Clip Retail Ltd shall be final and unappealable.
