By entering the competition, the participants agree:

1. to be bound by these terms and conditions
2. that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and
3. that should they win the competition, their name and likeness may be used by Clip Retail Ltd for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
4. The competition opens on Wednesday 8th February 2023 and closes on Wednesday 1st March 2023. Entries received after the closing date of the competition will not be considered.
5. Entrants must supply name and email address and respond to a short questionnaire to be eligible.
6. Only one entry will be permitted per person. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
7. The winning entrant(s) will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
8. The winner(s) will be notified within 28 days of the close of the competition by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, Clip Retail Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
9. Before the prize is released proof of ID and address is required.
10. There is no cash alternative, and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
11. Clip Retail Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
12. Clip Retail Ltd does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
13. Clip Retail Ltd excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the competition or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
14. The competition is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
